Issue Date VWAP means, in respect of Subordinated Instruments of a Series, the VWAP during the period of 20 ASX Business Days on which trading in Ordinary Shares took place immediately preceding (but not including) the first date on which any Subordinated Instruments of that Series were issued, as adjusted in accordance with Condition 6 (Procedures for Conversion);

Issue Date VWAP means, in respect of Subordinated Notes of a Series, the VWAP during the period of 20 Business Days on which trading in Ordinary Shares took place immediately preceding (but not including) the first date on which any Subordinated Notes of that Series were issued, as adjusted in accordance with Sections 4 to 7 (inclusive) of this Schedule A.

Issue Date VWAP means the VWAP during the period of 20 Business Days on which trading in Ordinary Shares took place immediately preceding (but not including) the first date on which any Securities were issued, as adjusted in accordance with Sections 4 to 7 (inclusive) of this Schedule A.

Examples of Issue Date VWAP in a sentence

Issue Date VWAP means, in respect of Subordinated MTNs of a Series, the VWAP during the period of 20 Business Days on which trading in Ordinary Shares took place immediately preceding (but not including) the first date on which any Subordinated MTNs of that Series were issued, as adjusted in accordance with paragraphs 4 to 7 (inclusive) of Schedule A.
Despite the provisions of clauses 6.5 and 6.6, no adjustment shall be made to the Issue Date VWAP where such adjustment (rounded if applicable) would be less than one percent of the Issue Date VWAP then in effect.

More Definitions of Issue Date VWAP

Issue Date VWAP means the VWAP during the period of 20 ASX Business Days on which trading in Ordinary Shares took place immediately preceding but not including the Issue Date, as adjusted in accordance with Condition 6;
