VWAP Period definition

VWAP Period means the period of five Business Days or such other period specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement on which trading in Ordinary Shares took place immediately preceding (but not including) the Trigger Event Date.
VWAP Period means the period of 5 ASX Business Days on which trading in Ordinary Shares took place immediately preceding (but not including) the Non-Viability Trigger Event Date;
VWAP Period means the period beginning on the 10th trading day prior to the effective date of this Agreement and ending on the 10th trading day after the effective date of this Agreement.
