Issue Date Rating definition

Issue Date Rating means B3 in the case of Moody's and B in the case of S&P, which are the respective ratings assigned to the Securities by the Rating Agencies on the Issue Date.
Issue Date Rating means Caa1 in the case of Moody’s and CCC- in the case of S&P, which are the respective ratings assigned to the Securities by the Rating Agencies on the Issue Date.
