Initial Rating definition

Initial Rating. With respect to the Secured Notes, the rating or ratings, if any, indicated in Section 2.3.
Initial Rating means in respect of any Class of Notes and any Rating Agency, the ratings assigned to such Class of Notes by such Rating Agency as at the Issue Date.
Initial Rating means the rating given to the Loans by S&P as of the Closing Date.

Examples of Initial Rating in a sentence

  • An Officer’s certificate of the Cayman Issuer to the effect that attached thereto is a true and correct copy of a letter signed by the Rating Agency, and confirming that each Class of Secured Notes has been assigned the applicable Initial Rating and that such ratings are in effect on the Closing Date.
