Except for (a) the guarantee contained in the Irish Debenture and (b) those guarantees set forth on Schedule 7.6, guarantee or otherwise become in any way liable with respect to the obligations of any third Person except by endorsement of instruments or items of payment for deposit to the account of Subsidiary Borrower or which are transmitted or turned over to Agent.
All Obligations shall also be secured by the Irish Debenture and any and all other security agreements, mortgages or other collateral granted to Collateral Agent by Borrower as security for the Obligations now or in the future.
