  • The PMT may choose to reduce the work scope of a IPD Team Member and correspondingly increase the scope of work of another IPD Team Member to capture the benefits, without limitation, of innovative designs, processes, or technologies.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
