Invitation to Apply definition

Invitation to Apply or “ITA” means this invitation to apply and all related documents published by the Authority and made available to Applicant(s).
Invitation to Apply means the Invitation to Apply for multiplex service licenses issued by the Independent Television Commission on 31st October, 1996;

Invitation to Apply or “ITA” means this invitation to apply document and all related documents published by The Council and made available to Applicants and includes the Due Diligence Information.
