Investor Percentage Interest definition

Investor Percentage Interest means, as of any date of determination, the percentage represented by the quotient of (i) the number of Voting Securities that are Beneficially Owned by the Investor, Searchlight or any of Searchlight’s controlled Affiliates, multiplying each Class B Share by ten (10) for such purposes and (ii) the number of all outstanding Voting Securities, multiplying each Class B Share by ten (10) for such purposes.
Investor Percentage Interest means, as of any date, the percentage equal to (i) the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock Beneficially Owned by the Investor (treating the convertible securities of the Company that are Beneficially Owned by the Investor or its Affiliates as fully converted into the underlying Common Stock) divided by (ii) the total number of outstanding Shares of Common Stock after giving effect to the issuance to the Investor of all shares described in clause (i).
Investor Percentage Interest means the Percentage Interest of the Investor Parties. For purposes of determining whether and to what extent an Investor Party is entitled to any right under this Agreement, Voting Stock acquired by any of them in breach of this Agreement and Voting Stock subject to a Hedging Transaction will be excluded from any calculation of the Investor Percentage Interest.
