Investment Advisor Fee means, for any Collection Period, an amount equal to the product of (i) 0.50% per annum multiplied by (ii) the Fee Basis Amount (calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed in the related Collection Period).

  • The Investment Advisor Fee shall be payable quarterly in arrears on the last day of each calendar quarter (each a "Quarterly Payment Date") or, if such day is not a business day, the next succeeding business day.

Related to Investment Advisor Fee

  • Investment Advisor means, in relation to a Portfolio, the investment manager or investment advisor of the Portfolio.
