Inventory Listing definition

Inventory Listing means an inventory of parts, loose equipment, engine covers, tool kits, and spares, if any, pertaining to an Airframe, Engine and/or APU to be prepared jointly by Purchaser and Seller during the Inspection as more particularly set out in Exhibit F.
Inventory Listing means a listing of the Inventory (containing the part number, quantity and price) prepared in a manner consistent with Sellers’s past practices.

  • Inventory control system means a system described in Section 4-41a-103.

  • Inventory Appraisal means (a) on the Closing Date, the appraisal prepared by Great American Group dated June 2007 and (b) thereafter, the most recent inventory appraisal conducted by an independent appraisal firm pursuant to Section 9.2(b).

  • Consigned Inventory means Inventory of any Borrower that is in the possession of another Person on a consignment, sale or return, or other basis that does not constitute a final sale and acceptance of such Inventory.

  • Product Inventory means all inventory owned as of the Closing by Seller or any Affiliate thereof of finished Product that is in conformance with the Specifications and has an expiration date of October 1, 2016 or later, regardless of whether such inventory is held at a location or facility of Seller or any Affiliate (or of any other Person on behalf of Seller or any Affiliate, including in any of Seller’s warehouses, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors or consignees) or in transit to or from Seller or any Affiliate (or any such other Person).

  • Inventory Value means with respect to any Inventory of a Loan Party at the time of any determination thereof, the standard cost determined on a first in first out basis and carried on the general ledger or inventory system of such Loan Party stated on a basis consistent with its current and historical accounting practices, in Dollars, determined in accordance with the standard cost method of accounting less, without duplication, (i) any markup on Inventory from an Affiliate and (ii) in the event variances under the standard cost method are expensed, a Reserve reasonably determined by the Agent as appropriate in order to adjust the standard cost of Eligible Inventory to approximate actual cost.

  • Inventory Formula Amount means, with respect to any item of Eligible Inventory and at any time of determination, the lesser of (a) 65% of the lower of cost and market of such Inventory and (b) 85% of the Net Orderly Liquidation Value of such Inventory.

  • Eligible Finished Goods Inventory means Eligible Inventory consisting of finished goods available for sale (as determined in a manner acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion and consistent with past practices).

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.

  • Transferred Inventory shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(c).

  • Eligible list means an official record kept in the Commissioner's office as a public record which contains the names of those persons who have successfully completed examinations, listed and ranked in order of their final ratings from the highest to the lowest rank.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.

  • Open session means a meeting which is held in a place reasonably accessible to members of the public and open to all cit- izens at all times. In the case of a state governmental body, it means a meeting which is held in a building and room thereof which enables access by persons with functional limitations, as defined in s. 101.13 (1).
