Primary Listing definition

Primary Listing means the single directory listing provided to Customers by Publisher under the terms of this Agreement. Each telephone configuration that allows a terminating call to ▇▇▇▇ for an available time among a series of lines shall be considered a single Customer entitled to a single primary listing. “Proprietary Information” is as defined in Article 20, Section 20.1.1.

Primary Listing means the single White Pages directory listing for residence and business Customers provided by CBT, and the basic Yellow Pages directory listing provided for business Customers by Publisher. Each telephone configuration that allows a terminating call to ▇▇▇▇ for an available line among a series of lines shall be considered a single Customer entitled to a single primary listing.
