Primary Listing means the single White Pages directory listing for residence and business Customers provided by CBT, and the basic Yellow Pages directory listing provided for business Customers by Publisher. LULD Functionality ends when the underlying NMS Stock is no longer in a Limit State or a Straddle State, or when a Trading Pause is declared by the Primary Listing Exchange.
If trading has not resumed on the Primary Listing Exchange for the affected NMS Stock within ten minutes of receipt of the Trading Pause message by the Exchange, the Exchange may resume trading in options overlying such NMS Stock if at least one exchange has resumed trading in such NMS Stock.
