Tool Kits. The Board will supply each uncertified tradesperson with a kit of tools. Contents of the kit shall be determined by the Board after discussion with the uncertified tradesperson employed.
Tool Kits. Employees requiring tools to make machine adjustments will be issued with a tool box and the necessary tools. He shall sign for these and be responsible for them at all times. He shall provide his own lock for the tool box. The Supervisors may call for tool kit inspections from time to time as they see fit, to be sure that all operators are properly equipped to do their work. Missing tools will be sold to the operator at our cost. Broken tools will be replaced at no charge to the operator on presentation of the broken one. Employees who leave the employ of the Company without turning in a complete tool kit shall have all shortages deducted from their last pay cheque.

Tool Kits a) Tradespersons and apprentices will maintain their tool kits at the agreed standard. b) Tradespersons’ and apprentices’ tools may be purchased through Employer’s store. c) Tradespersons and apprentices can obtain a list of the required tools pertaining to their location from their Supervisor. d) The tool list may be amended from time to time to meet the needs of a particular location. e) Where an employee’s tools are damaged beyond normal wear and tear or lost or stolen while in use for the Employer’s operation provided that care has been taken to minimise damage or loss, the Employer will replace the worn-out or lost tool with a new tool of equivalent quality.

Tool Kits. Clinical tool kits for the treatment of anxiety, depression, and ADHD are available in the AMPM. These tool kits are a resource only and may not apply to all patients and all clinical situations. The tool kits are not intended to replace clinical judgment. The Contractor shall ensure that PCPs who have an interest or are actively treating members with these disorders are aware of these resources and/or are utilizing other recognized, clinical tools/evidence-based guidelines. The Contractor shall develop a monitoring process to ensure that PCPs utilize evidence-based guidelines/recognized clinical tools when prescribing medications to treat depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

Tool Kits. 7.7.1 All new tradesperson will be provided with a standard toolkit that meets GSK standards for working in sterile environments. The toolkit will remain the property of the company until a period of fifteen months has elapsed from commencement of employment at which time ownership will revert to the employee. 7.7.2 The standard tool kit will include a digital vernier calliper, which will revert in ownership to employee, twelve months from supply. 7.7.3 Employees at the GSK Boronia site agree to maintain the tool kit at the standard provided, using their tool allowance and will retain the tool kit on the Boronia site for the duration of their employment. An annual inspection of the tool kit will be conducted by a representative as appointed by the Working Party. Employees agree to replace the tool kit and/or tools including vernier callipers within one (1) month if lost or damaged. Replacement for lost or damaged tool kit, tools or vernier callipers will be the responsibility of the employee from the date of supply. If requested, the Company agrees to purchase these replacement items on behalf of the employee and the Company will be reimbursed by regular deduction of the employees’ full tool allowance until the original purchase price is repaid in full.
