Internet Marketing definition

Internet Marketing means a grouping of HTML Pages on a RealSelect ------------------ Site that describes the benefits of the various advertising opportunities for third parties on the RealSelect Sites.
Internet Marketing means the utilization of paid advert solutions such as Google Ads or Bing Ads.

Examples of Internet Marketing in a sentence

  • Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to be added to Sponsor’s direct mail and Internet Marketing databases.

  • Such Internet Marketing Sites shall be considered Business Support Materials and Services and shall be subject to Sections 4 and 5 of this Chapter 3.

  • Blue Diamond Internet Marketing Sites may link to Company websites.

  • The Company has the right to make the determination, in its sole discretion, whether your use of the Internet is permitted under this section or whether such use is a prohibited Internet Marketing Site.

  • Your Blue Diamond Internet Marketing Sites may not contain more than fifty (50) pages, in the aggregate, without the written consent of the Company.

  • If the Company notifies you to remove or delete any information from your Blue Diamond Internet Marketing Site, or to make any modifications or add additional information such as income disclaimers, you must make the requested changes within 24 hours (or a shorter period as the Company may require in its sole discretion) or shut down the Blue Diamond Internet Marketing Site until such changes have been made.

  • The foregoing examples are provided for illustration purposes only, and are not intended as an exhaustive list of permitted or non-permitted uses of the Internet or the conditions or factors the Company will consider in determining whether any particular use of the internet is an Internet Marketing Site.

  • As an exception to this rule, Blue Diamond Distributors may post Company produced audio and video presentations, specifically authorized by the Company for internet posting by Blue Diamond Distributors, on their Internet Marketing Sites as well as audio and video presentations that have been registered with the Company and for which a Notice of Registration has been issued.

  • Direct Marketing ’ means to approach a data subject, either in person or by mail or electronic communication, for the direct or indirect purpose of—

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • online marketplace means a service using software, including a website, part of a website or an application, operated by or on behalf of a trader which allows consumers to conclude distance contracts with other traders or consumers;

  • Internet service means a service that enables users to access proprietary and other content,

  • Internet Banking means the service we offer by which you can access and transact on a nominated account by using a personal computer and accessing via our website. This includes transactions processed through the mobile banking facility as well as the smartphone app facility.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Internet Protocol or “IP” means a communications protocol for devices connected to the Internet that specifies the format for addresses and units of transmitted data.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Direct Market Access or “DMA” means an arrangement among a Sponsoring Broker, its Customer and BSEF that allows one or more representatives of that Customer to have Trading Access using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Marketing means a direct or indirect offering or placement at the initiative of the AIFM or on behalf of the AIFM of units or shares of an AIF it manages to or with investors domiciled or with a registered office in the Union;

  • PJM Markets means the PJM Interchange Energy and capacity markets, including the RPM auctions, together with all bilateral or other wholesale electric power and energy transactions, capacity transactions, ancillary services transactions (including black start service), transmission transactions and any other market operated under the PJM Tariff or Operating Agreement within the PJM Region, wherein Market Participants may incur Obligations to PJMSettlement. PJM Market Rules:

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

  • Telepharmacy means the provision of pharmaceutical care services, including the storage and dispensing of prescription drugs, drug regimen review, and patient counseling, at a remote dispensing site using an automated pharmacy system.

  • Communications channel means a physical or virtual path of communications over which signals are transmitted between or among customer channel termination points.
