Interest Rate Swap Provider definition

Interest Rate Swap Provider means the provider(s) of the Interest Rate Swap Transaction;
Interest Rate Swap Provider means in relation to any Issuer the swap counterparty to such Issuer under any relevant Interest Rate Swap Agreement of such Issuer;
Interest Rate Swap Provider means initially CBA and includes any other person that subsequently enters into an Interest Rate Swap Agreement with the Trustee and the Manager.
