Instrument Collateral definition

Instrument Collateral means all Instruments received as Rents or Proceeds or purchased by the Borrower with Rents or Proceeds.
Instrument Collateral means (a) all Distributions on or in respect of (i) the instruments or investment property listed in Schedule A, or (ii) any instruments or property which constitute Instrument Collateral by virtue of any provision of this definition (whether, in either case, upon conversion of convertible securities included therein or through stock split, spin-off, reclassification, merger, consolidation, sale of assets, combination of shares or otherwise) and (b) all other instruments and other property issued with respect to or in exchange for (i) the instruments listed in Schedule A or (ii) any instruments or other property which constitute Instrument Collateral by virtue of any provision of this definition (whether, in either case, upon conversion of convertible securities included therein or through stock split, spin-off, reclassification, merger, consolidation, sale of assets, combination of shares or otherwise).
Instrument Collateral means all Instruments received as Rents or identifiable Proceeds of Property or purchased by the Borrower with Rents or identifiable Proceeds.
