Initiator Delegate definition

Initiator Delegate means a person authorized by a Signing Officer through Direct Services for Small Business to start Transactions on the Account and to view the Account using an Access Terminal. An Initiator Delegate does not include a Read Only Delegate, a Non Signer, or a Signing Officer.
Initiator Delegate is any person authorized by a Signing Officer to start certain Transactions on the Account and to view the Account using an Electronic Device; and
Initiator Delegate means a person authorized by a Signing Officer through Coast Online Banking for Small Business to start Transactions on the Account and to view the Account using an Access Terminal. An Initiator Delegate does not include a Read Only Delegate or a Signing Officer.

Examples of Initiator Delegate in a sentence

  • If appointed, the Delegate must be specifically authorized as either a Read Only Delegate or an Initiator Delegate.

  • All Transactions started by an Initiator Delegate must have the authorization of a Signing Officer before being completed.

  • Union Delegate means an Employee elected by Union members and endorsed by the Union to represent the interests of Union members.   • Coordinating Committee means the committee designated and elected as provided in section 16d in connection with a township consolidation.

  • IEP Team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Investor Deliverables has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b).
