Initial Unit definition

Initial Unit means the beneficial interest in the Fund acquired by ERC by virtue of making the Initial Contribution;

Initial Unit means the one Class A Unit issued to the Initial Unitholder by the Trust.

More Definitions of Initial Unit

Initial Unit means the Unit to be issued to FCL in consideration of the contribution of all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Subco upon the formation and settlement of the Fund;
