Initial Offer Shares definition

Initial Offer Shares has the meaning given in Clause 4.1 (Further Aroundtown Subscriptions);
Initial Offer Shares means 16,620,536 Target Shares;
Initial Offer Shares means the 30,588,235 ordinary, nominative, book-entry shares, without nominal value, representing the share capital of the Issuer initially offered by the Issuer.

  • The application, once accepted, shall constitute the duly executed purchase agreement covering the amount of Initial Offer Shares so accepted and shall be valid and binding on the Company and the applicant.

  • The balance, if any, shall be re-distributed among those who have signified a commitment to purchase more than the Allocation per TP in their Firm Undertaking until all the Initial Offer Shares allotted for distribution are fully allocated.

  • Applicants shall indicate in the proper space provided for in the Application Form the name of the Trading Participant under whose name their Initial Offer Shares will be registered.

  • Refunds In the event an Application is rejected or the amount of Initial Offer Shares applied for is scaled down, the Joint Issue Managers, Joint Lead Underwriters and Bookrunners, upon receipt of such rejected or scaled down Applications, shall notify the applicant concerned that his Application has been rejected or the amount of Initial Offer Shares applied for is scaled down, and return or refund the amount paid by the applicant with no interest thereon.

Related to Initial Offer Shares

  • Initial Offer means the initial offer of Participating Shares in a Fund as set out in the applicable Supplement;

  • Offer Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4.1.

  • Founder Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto and shall be deemed to include the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion thereof.
