Initial FCC Order definition

Initial FCC Order means an order of the FCC that is not a Final FCC Order.
Initial FCC Order means, with respect to any assignment or transfer of FCC Licenses, Auxiliary Licenses or Secondary Station Licenses the initial order or other initial written action or actions by the FCC approving the assignment or transfer of such FCC Licenses, Auxiliary Licenses or Secondary Station Licenses for each Broadcasting Station to be acquired as part of such acquisition or transferred as part of a permitted transfer in the manner contemplated by the applicable acquisition documents, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Initial FCC Order has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(a).

  • Additional Filing Date means the date on which the Additional Registration Statement is filed with the SEC.

  • Final Approval Order means the entry of the order and final judgment approving the Settlement Agreement, implementing the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and dismissing the Class Action with prejudice, to be proposed by the Settling Parties for approval by the Court, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit D hereto.

  • Tariff Order means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff Order, 2017;
