The purchase of any Option Shares shall be subject, mutatis mutandis, to the conditions set forth in Section 8 hereof, to be satisfied as of each Additional Closing Date.
The Over-Allotment Exercise Notice shall set forth: (i) the aggregate number of Option Shares as to which the Over-Allotment Option is being exercised; (ii) the Over-Allotment Option Purchase Price; (iii) the names and denominations in which the Option Shares are to be registered; and (iv) the applicable Additional Closing Date.
