Inherit definition

Inherit means incorporates by reference, dynamically links to or makes function calls, at compile time or run-time.
Inherit means that all DAAs agree that the assurance arguments that led to the original C&A are valid, and remain valid, in the new environment.
Inherit is klēronomeō, which means, “acquire, obtain, come into possession of something.” See 1 Corinthians 6:9‐11; Ephesians 5:5; Romans 8:5‐8; Galatians 6:7‐8; James 2:17‐18.

  • Distributee means an Employee or former Employee. In addition, the Employee's or former Employee's surviving spouse and the Employee's spouse or former spouse who is the alternate payee under a Qualified Domestic Relations Order are considered Distributees with regard to the interest of the spouse or former spouse.

  • Guardian in respect of a Minor shall mean the person(s) appointed as the guardian(s) under or acting by virtue of the Guardianship of Minors Ordinance (Cap 13. of the Laws of Hong Kong).

  • Legal representative means a person who in law represents the estate of a deceased person, and includes any person who intermeddles with the estate of the deceased, and, where a party acts in a representative character, the person on whom the estate devolves on the death of the party so acting;

  • Children of military families means: a school-aged child(ren), enrolled in Kindergarten through Twelfth (12th) grade, in the household of an active duty member.

  • Qualified Beneficiaries has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12.

  • Spouse means, an individual who,

  • wife shall be known as a "Spouse," and when mentioned together, the Husband and Wife shall be known as the "Couple."
