Examples of Estate in a sentence
The Trust Estate will be valued at fair value, as reasonably determined by the Sponsor.
The “net asset value” of the Trust Estate shall mean the value of the assets of the Trust minus the value of the liabilities of the Trust, as determined in good faith by the Sponsor.
No transfer, by operation of law or otherwise, of any right, title or interest of the Shareholders to and in their ownership interest in the Trust shall operate to terminate this Agreement or the trusts hereunder or entitle any transferee to an accounting or to the transfer to it of legal title to any part of the Trust Estate.
The Shareholders shall not have legal title to any part of the Trust Estate.
Except as otherwise provided in this Article 4, including without limitation the second sentence of this Section 4.04, in accepting the trust created hereby, the Trustee acts solely as trustee hereunder and not in its individual capacity, and all Persons having any claim against the Trustee by reason of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and any other agreement to which the Trust is a party shall look only to the Trust Estate for payment or satisfaction thereof.
