Index Valuation Level definition

Index Valuation Level means, as determined by the UBS Calculation Agent, the arithmetic mean of the Index Closing Levels measured on each Trading Day during the Final Measurement Period, the Acceleration Measurement Period or the Call Measurement Period, or the Index Closing Level on any Monthly Valuation Date or any Redemption Valuation Date, provided that if the Redemption Valuation Date falls in the Call Measurement Period, Acceleration Measurement Period or the Final Measurement Period, for the purposes of calculating the Index Performance Ratio as of the Redemption Valuation Date, the Index Valuation Level on any date of determination during the Call Measurement Period, the Acceleration Measurement Period or the Final Measurement Period shall equal (a) 1/5 times (b) (i) the sum of the Index Closing Levels on each Trading Day from and including the Call Valuation Date, the Acceleration Date or the Calculation Date, as applicable, to but excluding the date of determination, plus (ii) the number of Trading Days from and including the date of determination to and including the last Trading Day in the Call Measurement Period, the Acceleration Measurement Period or the Final Measurement Period, as applicable, times the Index Closing Level on the date of determination.
Index Valuation Level means, as determined by the Security Calculation Agent, the arithmetic mean of the Index Closing Levels measured on each Index Business Day during the applicable Measurement Period, or the Index Closing Level on any Monthly Valuation Date, Loss Rebalancing Valuation Date or Redemption Valuation Date, provided that if the Redemption Valuation Date falls in any Measurement Period, for the purposes of calculating the Index Performance Ratio as of the Redemption Valuation Date, the Index Valuation Level on any date of determination during Measurement Period shall equal (a) 1/5 times (b) (i) the sum of the Index Closing Levels on each Index Business Day from, and including, the Call Valuation Date, Optional Acceleration Date or the Calculation Date, as applicable, to, and including, the date of determination, plus (ii) the number of Index Business Days from, but excluding, the date of determination to, and including, the last Index Business Day in such Measurement Period, times the Index Closing Level on such date of determination.

Related to Index Valuation Level

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index(other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Indexat the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), allas determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Index Value means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day:

  • Action level means a rate of emissions of a hazardous air contaminant as specified in Appendix C or as may be determined under Section 5-261(3) of these regulations. Action Levels are used to determine the applicability of Section 5-261 to stationary sources and shall be derived in accordance with the method prescribed in Appendix E of these regulations.

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Integration Level means the Social Security taxable wage base for the Plan Year, unless the Employer elects a lesser amount in (i) or (ii) below.

  • Маrgin Level for CFD trading shall mean the percentage of Equity to Necessary Margin ratio. It is calculated as: Margin Level = (Equity / Necessary Margin) x 100%.

  • Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.

  • Pricing Level V any time when (i) the senior unsecured long term debt rating of the Borrower by (x) S&P is BBB‑ or higher or (y) Xxxxx’x is Baa3 or higher and (ii) none of Pricing Level I, Pricing Level II, Pricing Level III or Pricing Level IV applies.

  • Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.

  • Margin Level means the percentage Equity to Necessary Margin ratio. It is calculated as (Equity / Necessary Margin) * 100%.

  • Bid Valuation Date means May 10, 2010.

  • MCE Valuation Period means, subject to any extension (as described in further detail in the Conditions), the period commencing from and including the moment upon which the Mandatory Call Event occurs and up to the end of the following trading session on the Index Exchange; and

  • Quarterly Valuation Date means the last Business Day of the last month of each fiscal quarter of the Trust in each fiscal year of the Trust, commencing November 29, 2002.

  • Pricing Level II shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.50 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 3.00 to 1.00.

  • Average value means the value which best represents the amount of the nutrient which a given food contains, and reflects allowances for seasonal variability, patterns of consumption and other factors which may cause the actual value to vary.

  • Pricing Level III shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is less than 3.00 to 1.00 but greater than or equal to 2.50 to 1.00.

  • Pricing Level I shall exist on an Adjustment Date if the Consolidated Leverage Ratio for the relevant period is greater than or equal to 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Poverty level means the annual family income for a family unit of a particular size, as specified in the poverty guidelines updated annually in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

  • Floor Level means that stage of construction which in the completed building would constitute the walking surface of the particular floor level referred to in the table of payments.

  • Valuation Percentage means, for any item of Eligible Collateral, the percentage specified in Paragraph 13.

  • Leverage Factor means the leverage factor in respect of a Series of ETP Securities as specified in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Pricing Level IV means any time when (i) no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, (ii) the Senior Debt Rating is BBB- or higher by S&P or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s and (iii) Pricing Levels I, II and III do not apply.

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.

  • Index year means the earliest calendar year in which the

  • Applicable Multiplier means, with respect to any Rate Period for any Series of RVMTP Shares, the percentage set forth opposite the applicable credit rating most recently assigned to such Series by the Rating Agency in the table below on the Rate Determination Date for such Rate Period: Long-Term Ratings* Fitch Applicable Multiplier AAA to AA- 100% A+ to A- 000% BBB+ to BBB- 140% *And/or the equivalent ratings of any other Rating Agency then rating the RVMTP Shares utilizing the highest of the ratings of the Rating Agencies then rating the RVMTP Shares.
