Index Closing Level definition

Index Closing Level on any Index Business Day means the closing level of the Index as published on Bloomberg under the ticker symbol “SOLUSBOT <Index>”, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 3 hereof.
Index Closing Level means the closing level of the Index as reported on the NYSE and Bloomberg; provided, however, that if the closing level of the Index as reported on the NYSE (or any successor) differs from the closing level of the Index as reported on Bloomberg (or any successor), then the Index Closing Level will be the closing level of the Index as calculated by the Index Calculation Agent.
