Independent Use definition

Independent Use means a use in treating a particular indication that was the subject of Independent Development as a Proposed Use and for which the Re-Engagement Option expired unexercised as discussed in Section 3.5.
Independent Use means the use of the Services by the User and/or End-Users at their discretion with or without Support;
