Income Distribution Agreement definition

Income Distribution Agreement means the confirmation to the Master Agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, to be dated as of November 24, 2006, and each amendment thereto to be made in connection with each Issuance Date or Redemption Date, pursuant to which the Paired Holding Trusts will be obligated to make payments to each other on each Distribution Date based on the Down-MACRO Earned Income Accruals and Up-MACRO Earned Income Accruals, respectively, for the preceding Calculation Period.
