Imputed Interest Rate definition

Imputed Interest Rate means, at an applicable time, an interest rate equal to (A) the greater of (i) 6.75%, or (ii) the actual interest rate on the Loan at the applicable time, or (B) in the event Borrower enters into a Bank Swap Document for at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the Loan Amount and for a time period that terminates within three months of the Maturity Date, the Swap Rate.
Imputed Interest Rate means, at an applicable time, an interest rate equal to the greater of (i) 6.5%, or (ii) the actual interest rate on the Loan at the applicable time.

Examples of Imputed Interest Rate in a sentence

  • The Coupon Rate shall equal the sum of (1) an interest rate as determined by Lender (rounded to three places) payable for the MBS pursuant to the MBS Commitment ("MBS Imputed Interest Rate") and (2) the Variable Facility Fee.

  • At the Borrower’s request the Lender shall quote to the Borrower an estimate of the MBS Pass-Through Rate (for a proposed Fixed Facility Advance) or MBS Imputed Interest Rate (for a proposed Variable Advance) for a Xxxxxx Xxx MBS backed by a proposed Advance.

  • On or before the Closing Date for a Revolving Advance, the Borrower shall execute and deliver to the Lender an instrument (“Advance Confirmation Instrument”), in the form attached as Exhibit O to this Agreement, confirming the amount, term, MBS Issue Date, MBS Delivery Date, MBS Imputed Interest Rate, Revolving Facility Fee, Coupon Rate, Discount, Price and Closing Date for the Advance, and the Borrower’s obligation to repay the Advance in accordance with the terms of the Notes and this Agreement.

  • On or before the Closing Date for a Variable Advance, the Borrower Parties execute and deliver to the Lender an instrument (“Advance Confirmation Instrument”), in the form attached as Exhibit O to this Agreement, confirming the amount, term, MBS Issue Date, MBS Delivery Date, MBS Imputed Interest Rate, Variable Facility Fee, Coupon Rate, Discount, Price and Closing Date for the Advance, and the Borrower’s obligation to repay the Advance in accordance with the terms of the Notes and this Agreement.

  • At the Borrower’s request the Lender shall quote to the Borrower an estimate of the MBS Pass-Through Rate (for a proposed Base Facility Advance) or MBS Imputed Interest Rate (for a proposed Revolving Advance) for a Fxxxxx Mxx MBS backed by a proposed Advance.

  • At Borrower’s request, Lender shall quote an estimate of the Cash Interest Rate (for a proposed Fixed Advance) or DMBS Imputed Interest Rate (for a proposed Variable Advance).

Related to Imputed Interest Rate

  • Adjusted Interest Rate is defined in Section 1.2(e).

  • Capped Interest Rate is defined in the Note, if applicable.

  • Fixed Interest Rate means the annual interest rate of five and forty hundredths percent (5.40%).

  • Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.

  • Agreed Interest Rate means that interest rate determined as of the time it is to be applied that is equal to the lesser of (i) 5% in excess of the discount rate established by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco as it may be adjusted from time to time, or (ii) the maximum interest rate permitted by Law.

  • Stated Interest Rate means with respect to (i) the Class AA Certificates, 3.15% per annum, (ii) the Class A Certificates, 3.50% per annum and (iii) the Class B Certificates, 3.85% per annum.

  • Imputed Interest means any interest imputed under Section 1272, 1274 or 483 or other provision of the Code and any similar provision of state and local tax law with respect to the Corporate Taxpayer’s payment obligations under this Agreement.

  • REO Imputed Interest As to any REO Property, for any calendar month during which such REO Property was at any time part of REMIC I, one month's interest at the applicable Net Mortgage Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of such REO Property (or, in the case of the first such calendar month, of the related Mortgage Loan, if appropriate) as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in such calendar month.

  • Assumed Interest Rate means the annual yield payable on the last day of the applicable Calculation Period on ten (10) year United States Treasury obligations in amounts approximating the outstanding principal balance of the Loan on the last day of the Calculation Period plus two hundred fifty (250) basis points per annum; provided, however, that the Assumed Interest Rate shall be not less than six percent (6.0%) per annum.

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;

  • Net Interest Rate means with respect to any Note, the Interest Rate for such Note minus the Servicing Fee Rate applicable to such Note.

  • Applicable Interest Rate means (i) with respect to any Fixed Rate Indebtedness, the fixed interest rate applicable to such Fixed Rate Indebtedness at the time in question, and (ii) with respect to any Floating Rate Indebtedness, either (x) the rate at which the interest rate applicable to such Floating Rate Indebtedness is actually capped (or fixed pursuant to an interest rate hedging device), at the time of calculation, if Borrower has entered into an interest rate cap agreement or other interest rate hedging device with respect thereto or (y) if Borrower has not entered into an interest rate cap agreement or other interest rate hedging device with respect to such Floating Rate Indebtedness, the greater of (A) the rate at which the interest rate applicable to such Floating Rate Indebtedness could be fixed for the remaining term of such Floating Rate Indebtedness, at the time of calculation, by Borrower’s entering into any unsecured interest rate hedging device either not requiring an upfront payment or if requiring an upfront payment, such upfront payment shall be amortized over the term of such device and included in the calculation of the interest rate (or, if such rate is incapable of being fixed by entering into an unsecured interest rate hedging device at the time of calculation, a fixed rate equivalent reasonably determined by Administrative Agent) or (B) the floating rate applicable to such Floating Rate Indebtedness at the time in question.

  • Selected Interest Rates as the Bank prime loan rate or its equivalent), and (ii) the Federal Funds Rate plus 50 basis points per annum. Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.

  • Overdue Interest Rate means, with respect to any Class, the Interest Rate applicable to such Class.

  • Retained Interest Rate Not applicable.

  • Contract Interest Rate means the lesser of (a) the highest rate permitted under Requirements of Law or (b) 200 basis points per annum plus the rate per annum equal to the publicly announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans to large businesses in effect from time to time quoted by Citibank, N.A. as its "prime rate." If a Citibank, N.A. prime rate is not available, the applicable prime rate shall be the announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans in effect from time to time quoted by a bank with $10 billion or more in assets in New York City, N.Y., selected by the Party to whom interest is being paid. "Contract Price" means the applicable price, expressed in $/MWh for Net Output and Capacity Rights stated in Section 5.1.

  • Class E Interest Rate means 4.67% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Delayed Payment Interest Rate means the national average annual rate of interest payable on jumbo six-month bank certificates of deposit, as quoted in the business section of the most recently published Sunday edition of The New York Times preceding the Executive’s separation from service.

  • Annual Interest Rate in accordance with the rate applicable to the equal instalment financing plan in effect on the conversion date, up to a maximum of 19.90%.

  • Floating Interest Rate means the variable annual interest rate calculated for each Interest Adjustment Period so as to equal the Index Rate for such Interest Adjustment Period (truncated at the 5th decimal place if necessary) plus the Margin. However, in no event will the Floating Interest Rate exceed the Capped Interest Rate.

  • Base Interest Rate means Bank's initial cost of funding the Fixed Obligations. The Prepayment Fee is calculated as follows: First, Bank determines a "Current Market Rate" based on what the Bank would receive if it loaned the remaining amount on the prepayment date in a wholesale funding market matching maturity, remaining principal and interest amounts and principal and interest payment dates (the aggregate payments received are the "Current Market Rate Amount"). Bank may select any wholesale funding market rate as the Current Market Rate. Second, Bank will take the prepayment amount and calculate the present value of each remaining principal and interest payment which, without prepayment, the Bank would have received during the term of the Fixed Obligations using the Base Interest Rate. The sum of the present value calculations is the "Xxxx to Market Amount." Third, the Bank will subtract the Current Market Rate Amount from the Xxxx to Market Amount. Any amount greater than zero is the Prepayment Fee.

  • Conversion to Fixed Interest Rate With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Loan is not a Convertible Mortgage Loan;

  • Bond Interest Rate means, with respect to any Tranche of Securitization Bonds, the rate at which interest accrues on the Securitization Bonds of such Tranche, as specified in the Series Supplement.
