Bond Interest Rate definition

Bond Interest Rate means, with respect to any Tranche of Storm Recovery Bonds, the rate at which interest accrues on the Storm Recovery Bonds of such Series or Tranche, as specified in the Series Supplement.
Bond Interest Rate means, with respect to any Tranche of Securitization Bonds, the rate at which interest accrues on the Securitization Bonds of such Tranche, as specified in the Series Supplement.
Bond Interest Rate. With respect to each Payment Date and each Class of Bonds, a floating rate equal to the least of (i) One-Month LIBOR plus the related Bond Margin, (ii) the Maximum Bond Rate and (iii) the Available Funds Rate with respect to such Payment Date.

Examples of Bond Interest Rate in a sentence

  • At the option and discretion of Developer, the Bonds may bear interest at (i) zero percent (0%) from their date of issuance until construction activities on the Project have been completed (“Substantial Completion”) or (ii) at the Bond Interest Rate (as hereinafter defined) from their date of issuance throughout the term of the Bonds.

More Definitions of Bond Interest Rate

Bond Interest Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2 of this Supplement.
Bond Interest Rate means, with respect to any Series or WAL of Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds, the rate at which interest accrues on the Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds of such Series or WAL, as specified in the applicable Series Supplement.
