IDT Manufacturing Process Technology means (a) the IDT-proprietary manufacturing process Technology applicable to the manufacture of the current Products as further described in the Transfer Plan or otherwise provided by IDT to TSMC during the term of this Agreement. and (b) any Improvements to such Technology made by IDT.
