Current Products refers to the products and services that Employee or any personnel under his or her supervision were authorized to market or sell on behalf of Company during the period of two (2) years preceding termination of Employee's employment; and "Restricted Territory" refers to the continental United States of America, it being acknowledged that the scope of Company's business and Employee's managerial responsibilities are of that scope.

Examples of Current Products in a sentence

• Seller shall invoice Buyer within 60 days after each shipment of such Current Product for the applicable Have Made Costs for the Current Products included in such shipment.

Current Products means the Purchaser's FreeStyle ---------------- products and continuous glucose monitoring system under development (as embodied in the current prototype of such system).

Current Products means: 1) those oral care products using the Corium Technology that are currently marketed by [*], the names and ingredients of which are described in attached Exhibit B, or 2) any enhancements or Improvements to such currently marketed Current [*] Products incorporating the Corium Technology which Corium is contractually required to make for [*] for which Corium has begun development work on or before the Effective Date of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the following are specifically excluded from the Current [*] Products: 1) the Corium Patents, and the Technology described therein, listed in Exhibit C; 2) the Generation IV Products generally described in attached Exhibit D; and 3) and the Generation V Products generally described in the attached Exhibit E.

Current Products means Products that are among the authorized Products designated in Exhibit A-1 of the Licensed Dealer Agreements in effect as of the date of the Sale Notice and contained in the original, factory-sealed packaging and (ii) the term "Non-Current Products" means Products means Products that bear a Bang & Olufsen serial number, other than Current Products.

Current Products shall not include any Modified Products, New Products or Excluded Market Products.
