IDC Plan definition

IDC Plan means the non-qualified deferred compensation plan document entitled State Auto Property and Casualty Insurance Company Amended and Restated Incentive Deferred Compensation Plan, as the same may be amended and restated from time to time. Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan
