Hosted Platform definition

Hosted Platform means the Platform as hosted by BidContender or for BidContender by an authorized sub-contractor of BidContender.
Hosted Platform means ECSI's proprietary loan servicing network and system.
Hosted Platform means the equipment, operating system, hardware and software specifications, and networking environment on and with which the TM System and Software are hosted by Ticketmaster, and additions or replacements to the foregoing which may be implemented by Ticketmaster in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. The parties acknowledge and agree, the definition of “Software” as such term is used in the Agreement, shall be deemed to incorporate Hosted Platform.

The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Customized Software or “Customization” means any Application Software code modified or amended on behalf of the Customer. Setting of parameters, parameterization or configuration is not a Customization.

  • General-Purpose Software means Software that supports general-purpose office and software development activities and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be General-Purpose Software. Such General- Purpose Software may include, but is not restricted to, word processing, spreadsheet, generic database management, and application development software.
