The supplier is a major and respected provider of ICT services in the public sector and during the scrutiny review of ICT in October 2006, an external evaluation by HEDRA made favourable comments about the progress which ICT has made, although there were still some challenges to be addressed.
In order to allow for flexibility, changes in loan terms and conditions may be determined based on project need and/or the beneficial impacts of the project, as approved by HEDRA.
Loan recipient will be contacted by HEDRA staff requesting the account is brought current.
After sixty (60) days, HEDRA staff will send a letter requesting full remittance of late payments.
Timing of Project ExpensesNo project should commence until HEDRA has approved the loan application.

If, prior to the Closing Date, all or any portion of the Property or access thereto is condemned, taken by eminent domain, or damaged by cause of any nature, HEDRA shall immediately give Developer notice of such condemnation, taking or damage.
In lieu of separate policies, Developer may maintain a single policy, blanket or umbrella policies, or a combination thereof, having the coverage required herein, in which event Developer shall deposit with HEDRA a certificate or certificates of the respective insurers as to the amount of coverage in force upon the Minimum Improvements.
