Hedging Lender definition

Hedging Lender means any Lender or affiliate thereof which from time to time enters into a Hedging Agreement with the Borrower.
Hedging Lender means any Affiliate of any Lender that is a party to Swap Contracts evidencing Hedging Obligations but is not a signatory to this Agreement.
Hedging Lender means any Lender which from time to time enters into a Hedging Agreement with the Borrower.

More Definitions of Hedging Lender

Hedging Lender means a Lender (or an Affiliate of a Lender) or an entity that is a party to an existing derivative instrument entered into by the Parent in relation to the Existing Term Facility, in its capacity as provider of currency and/or interest rate hedging under any Hedging Agreement;
Hedging Lender means any Lender or any affiliate of any Lender in its capacity as provider of interest rate hedging in relation to the Senior Term Facilities, the Tranche D Term Facility and the Mezzanine Facility or any other financial institution that has acceded to the Intercreditor Deed as a Hedging Lender in accordance with its terms and, in each such case, which provides such hedging under the Hedging Agreements;
