Administrative Agent shall be authorized to use all payments received by Administrative Agent for the benefit of any Non-Funding Lender or Impacted Lender pursuant to this Agreement to pay in full the Aggregate Excess Funding Amount to the appropriate Secured Parties entitled thereto.
If a Non-Funding Lender or Impacted Lender receives any such payment as described in the previous sentence, such Lender shall turn over such payments to Administrative Agent in an amount that would satisfy the cash collateral requirements set forth in Section 1.11(e).
