LC Issuer definition

LC Issuer means Bank One (or any subsidiary or affiliate of Bank One designated by Bank One) in its capacity as issuer of Facility LCs hereunder.
LC Issuer means JPMCB (or any subsidiary or affiliate of JPMCB designated by JPMCB) in its capacity as issuer of Facility LCs hereunder.
LC Issuer means U.S. Bank (or any subsidiary or affiliate of U.S. Bank designated by U.S. Bank) in its capacity as issuer of Facility LCs hereunder.

  • LC Issuer is under no duty to determine the proper identity of anyone presenting such a draft or making such a demand as the officer, representative or agent of any beneficiary under any Letter of Credit, and payment by LC Issuer to any such beneficiary when requested by any such purported officer, representative or agent is hereby authorized and approved.

  • Borrowers shall promptly examine a copy of each Letter of Credit and each amendment thereto that is delivered to it and, in the event of any claim of noncompliance with a Borrower’s instructions or other irregularity, Borrowers will immediately notify Administrative Agent and LC Issuer.

More Definitions of LC Issuer

LC Issuer means one or more banks, trust companies or other Persons in each case expressly identified by Agent from time to time, in its sole discretion, as an LC Issuer for purposes of issuing one or more Letters of Credit hereunder. Without limitation of Agent’s discretion to identify any Person as an LC Issuer, no Person shall be designated as an LC Issuer unless such Person maintains reporting systems acceptable to Agent with respect to letter of credit exposure and agrees to provide regular reporting to Agent satisfactory to it with respect to such exposure.
LC Issuer means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (or any subsidiary or Affiliate of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. designated by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.) in its capacity as an issuer of Facility LCs hereunder.
LC Issuer means KeyBank or any of its Affiliates, or such other Lender that is requested by the Borrower and agrees to be an LC Issuer hereunder and is approved by the Administrative Agent.
LC Issuer means JPMorgan (or any Affiliate designated by JPMorgan) in its capacity as issuer of Facility LCs hereunder and, at any Borrower's option, any Lender (or, in the case of a Bank Guaranty, its applicable foreign Affiliate) who agrees to act in the capacity as issuer of Facility LCs hereunder and "LC Issuers" means, collectively, all of such LC Issuers.

LC Issuer means each of JPMCB, Bank of America, Barclays, Citi and any other Lender that, with the consent of the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, agrees to issue Facility LCs hereunder, in each case in its capacity as the issuer of the applicable Facility LCs.
LC Issuer means each of ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo or JPMCB (or any subsidiary or Affiliate of such Lender designated by such Lender) and any other Lender approved by the Borrower and the Administrative Agent (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld), in each case in its capacity as issuer of Facility LCs hereunder.
