Health Care Reimbursement Account definition

Health Care Reimbursement Account means the bookkeeping account maintained by the Plan Administrator used for crediting contributions and accounting for benefit payments.
Health Care Reimbursement Account means an account established for a Participant from which payments may be made for reimbursable medical care expenses.
Health Care Reimbursement Account means your account under the Health Care Reimbursement Program of this Plan, to which Flexible Benefits Plan Dollars may be allocated on your behalf, pursuant to your Salary Reduction Agreement, and from which this Plan will pay eligible Medical Expenses Incurred by you, your Spouse or other Dependents, as described in Appendix A.

Health Care Reimbursement Account means an account under which an employee may set aside money, on a pretax basis via salary reduction to pay for qualified health care expenses.

  • Medicare Advantage plan means a plan of coverage for health benefits under Medicare Part C as defined in 42 U.S.C. 1395w-28(b)(1), and includes:

  • Retirement Accounts has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.
