Hedging Liabilities definition

Hedging Liabilities means the Liabilities owed by any Debtor to the Hedge Counterparties under or in connection with the Hedging Agreements.
Hedging Liabilities means all present and future sums and actual or contingent liabilities and obligations payable, owing, due or incurred by a member of the UK Group to any Hedge Counterparty pursuant to the terms of any Secured Hedging Agreement.
