Hedging Liabilities definition
Hedging Liabilities means the Liabilities owed by any Debtor to the Hedge Counterparties under or in connection with the Hedging Agreements.

Hedging Liabilities means, with respect to US Borrowers and with respect to Revolving Lender or its Affiliates at any date of calculation, an amount equal to the aggregate of all amounts that would be owing to it by US Borrowers, on an aggregate basis under all Hedge Agreements if those agreements were terminated on the date of calculation.
