Group I Available Funds Rate. As to any Payment Date and the Group I Notes, a rate per annum (adjusted for the actual number of days in the related Interest Period) equal to the product of (x) a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the amount of interest received on the Group I Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period minus (i) the sum of the servicing fees and master servicing fees with respect to each Group I Mortgage Loan and any other amounts reimbursable to the Seller, Depositor, Servicer, Master Servicer, Securities Administrator, Owner Trustee or Indenture Trustee and (ii) an amount equal to any Net Swap Payment and Swap Termination Payment, if any, payable by the Trust (other than Swap Termination Payments resulting from a Swap Provider Trigger Event), and the denominator of which is the aggregate Note Balance of the Group I Notes immediately prior to such Payment Date, and (y) 12.
Group I Available Funds Rate. For any Payment Date with respect to the Group I Notes, a per annum rate equal to the product of (x) the weighted average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rates of the then outstanding Group I Mortgage Loans, weighted based on their Principal Balances as of the first day of the calendar month preceding the month in which the Payment Date occurs multiplied by a fraction the numerator of which is the aggregate Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans and the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the prior Due Period and the denominator of which is the aggregate Note Balance of the Offered Notes immediately prior to such Payment Date and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Period.
Group I Available Funds Rate. For any Payment Date and Loan Subgroup in Loan Group I, a rate per annum equal to a fraction, expressed as a percentage, (i) the numerator of which is the product of (A) 12 and (B) the total amount of interest paid or advanced on the Group I Mortgage Loans in such Loan Subgroup with respect to the related Due Period, net of related Administration Fees and (ii) the denominator of which is the sum of (A) the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the related Group I Senior Notes and (B) the related Group I Subgroup Subordinate Component Balance (in each case, prior to giving effect to distributions on such Payment Date).

Group I Available Funds Rate. On any Payment Date and with respect to the Group I Notes, the per annum rate equal to the product of (i) the weighted average of the Net Rates on the Group I Mortgage Loans included in the Trust as of the end of the prior Due Period, weighted on the basis of the Scheduled Principal Balances thereof as of the end of the prior Due Period and (ii) a fraction equal to (x) the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Group I Mortgage Loans as of the end of the prior Due Period divided by (y) the aggregate Note Principal Balance of the Group I Notes immediately prior to such Payment Date.   • Available Funds Rate With respect to any Payment Date and the Notes, the per annum rate equal to the product of (1) (a) 360 divided by (b) the actual number of days in the Accrual Period, and (2) (a) Interest Funds for such Payment Date, divided by (b) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Notes as of the first day of the related Accrual Period.

  • Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the amount, if any, by which the Portfolio Yield for the preceding Monthly Period exceeds the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Available Funds Cap Any of the Class A-1 Available Funds Cap, the Class A-2 Available Funds Cap or the Weighted Average Available Funds Cap.

  • Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the July 2008 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.

  • Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class B Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (b) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class B Floating Percentage of the Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Required Overcollateralization Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, (a) prior to the Stepdown Date, an amount equal to 1.80% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date, (b) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is not in effect, the greater of (i) an amount equal to 3.60% of the aggregate outstanding Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans after giving effect to distributions made on that Distribution Date and (ii) the Overcollateralization Floor and (c) on or after the Stepdown Date if a Trigger Event is in effect, an amount equal to the Required Overcollateralization Amount from the immediately preceding Distribution Date.   • Fed Funds Rate means, for any period, a fluctuating interest rate (expressed as a per annum rate and rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal for each day during such period to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers, as published for such day (or, if such day is not a Business Day, for the next preceding Business Day) by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or, if such rates are not so published for any day which is a Business Day, the average of the quotations for such day on such transactions received by BNPLC's Parent from three Federal funds brokers of recognized standing selected by BNPLC's Parent. All determinations of the Fed Funds Rate by BNPLC's Parent shall, in the absence of clear and demonstrable error, be binding and conclusive upon NAI.
