Subordinate Component Balance definition

Subordinate Component Balance. For any of Loan Group I, Loan Group II, Loan Group III, Loan Group IV or Loan Group V, as of any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group minus the sum of the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the related Classes of Class A Certificates.

Subordinate Component Balance. With respect to Loan Group 1 for any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Principal Balance of the Group 1 Loans minus the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group 1-A and Residual Certificates. With respect to Loan Group 2 for any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Principal Balance of the Group 2 Loans minus the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group 2-A Certificates.

Subordinate Component Balance. With respect to Loan Group I for any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Principal Balance of the Group I Loans (less the applicable Class I-P Fraction thereof with respect to any Class I-P Mortgage Loan) minus the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group I-A Certificates. With respect to Loan Group II for any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Principal Balance of the Group II Loans (less the applicable Class II-P Fraction thereof with respect to any Class II-P Mortgage Loan) minus the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II-A and Residual Certificates.

Examples of Subordinate Component Balance in a sentence

• For purposes of calculating the reduction of the Interest Distribution Amount for each Class of Group C-B Certificates with respect to Loan Group I, Loan Group II, Loan Group III, Loan Group IV or Loan Group V such reduction shall be based on the amount of interest accruing at the Net WAC Rate for such Loan Group on such Class’ proportionate share, based on the Class Principal Balance of the related Subordinate Component Balance for that Distribution Date.

• For purposes of calculating the reduction of the Interest Distribution Amount for each Class of Class C-B Certificates with respect to Loan Group 1, Loan Group 2, Loan Group 3, Loan Group 4, Loan Group 5 or Loan Group 6 such reduction shall be based on the amount of interest accruing at the Net WAC Rate for such Loan Group on such Class’ proportionate share, based on the Class Principal Balance of the related Subordinate Component Balance for that Distribution Date.

• If (and to the extent that) the limitation in paragraph (f) prevents the distribution of principal to the R-2-C and R-2-D Interests of a Variable Loan Group, and if the Variable Loan Group's R-2-E Interest has already been reduced to zero, then the excess principal from that Variable Loan Group will be paid to the R-2-E Interests of the other Variable Loan Group, the aggregate R-2-C and R-2-D Interests of which are less than one percent of the Adjusted Subordinate Component Balance.

More Definitions of Subordinate Component Balance

Subordinate Component Balance. With respect to any Distribution Date and for each of Loan Group 2 and Loan Group 3, the excess of the principal balance of such Loan Group as of the first day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments received in the Prepayment Period ending during such Due Period) over the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class 1-AV-1 Certificates in the case of Loan Group 2, and the Class 2-AV Certificates in the case of Loan Group 3.

Subordinate Component Balance. With respect to Loan Group I for any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Principal Balance of the Group I Loans (less the applicable Class I-P Fraction thereof with respect to any Class I-P Mortgage Loan) minus the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group I-A Certificates. With respect to Loan Group II for any date of determination, the then outstanding aggregate Principal Balance of the Group II Loans (less the applicable Class II-P Fraction thereof with respect to any Class II-P Mortgage Loan) minus the then outstanding aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Group II-A Certificates. Subordinate Component Balance. For any of Loan Group 1 and Loan Group 2 for any date of determination, the product of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Class B Certificates and (ii) a fraction, (a) the numerator of which is equal to the excess, if any, of (x) the aggregate Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group over (y) the sum of the Class Principal Balances (or Component Principal Balances, if applicable) of the Class A and Class X Certificates (or Components thereof, if applicable) related to such Loan Group (and, in the case of Loan Group 1, the Class R Certificates) and (b) the denominator of which is equal to the sum of the amounts described in clause (a) calculated for each Loan Group. Subordinate Percentage: The Group 1 Subordinate Percentage or Group 2 Subordinate Percentage, as applicable.
