GreenPoint Rated definition

GreenPoint Rated means a residential green building rating system developed by the Build It Green organization.

  • Countrywide Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Countrywide is the applicable Seller.
