Interim Servicer definition

Interim Servicer. The servicer under the Interim Servicing Agreement, or its successor in interest, or any successor to the Interim Servicer under the Interim Servicing Agreement, as therein provided.

Interim Servicer means the master servicer (or single servicer) appointed jointly by the Initial Holders under this Agreement and any successor master servicer (or single servicer) appointed as provided hereunder, which Interim Servicer shall be a Qualified Servicer. The initial Interim Servicer shall be Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association pursuant to the Interim Servicing Agreement.

Interim Servicer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(g).

Examples of Interim Servicer in a sentence

• For Mortgages or portfolios of Mortgages identified by Xxxxxxx Mac as serviced by Seller/Servicer under contract as Interim Servicer, Designated Custodian and Seller/Servicer will comply with the terms of this Agreement, provided that, Designated Custodian will xxxx Xxxxxxx Mac for the Services hereunder as set forth in Section 7(b).

• According to § 2.6,the “Effective Date” for “commencement of the servicing of the Mortgages” was agreed to be the following:a date that Freddie Mac determines and communicates to the Interim Servicer that Interim Servicer will be servicing the Interim Portfolio.
