Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Interim Servicer shall continue servicing each Loan that is sold on the Closing Date until the Servicing Transfer Date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties, in conformance with all of the requirements of the Loan Documents, applicable law, and in accordance with the terms set forth in Article IX herein, which includes Accepted Servicing Practices.
Prior to the closing date of the first Securitization, the servicing of the Mortgage Loan shall be carried out by the Interim Servicer.
