Greenkeeper Tradesperson Grade 2 definition

Greenkeeper Tradesperson Grade 2 means an employee who has successfully completed a recognised Apprenticeship in the Turf Management branch of the Horticultural Trade, and who produces proof satisfactory to the employer of such qualification and who has had at least three years post-apprenticeship experience and demonstrated higher skills in turf management relevant to the employer's business.
