GranCare Companies means, collectively, New GranCare, AMS, GCI ------------------ and all Subsidiaries of any thereof (after giving effect to the Merger and the Distribution), whether now existing or hereafter created, and any successors of any thereof (individually, a "GranCare Company"). ----------------

Examples of GranCare Companies in a sentence

  • CAMC means Centennial Asset Management Corporation.
