Governmental Obligor definition

Governmental Obligor means an Obligor that is a government or a governmental subdivision or agency.
Governmental Obligor means an Obligor which is the United States of America, any territory or possession of the United States of America, any state of the United States of America or the District of Columbia, any political subdivision of any of the foregoing, any agency or instrumentality of any of the foregoing, any public school and any public healthcare institution and any military agency or instrumentality or any other Governmental Authority.
Governmental Obligor means the United States, any State, any political subdivision of a State and any agency or instrumentality of the United States or any State, political subdivision or fiscal intermediary thereof which is obligated to make any payments with respect to Medicare or Medicaid Receivables or with respect to Healthcare Receivables representing amounts owing under any other program established by federal or state law which provides for payments for healthcare services to be made to the Providers of such services (including, without limitation, CMS and the program set forth in Title 38 U.S.C. Section 1713).
