Governmental Limit definition

Governmental Limit means 2% of the outstanding principal balance of Eligible Receivables.

  • Governmental Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.

  • Governmental Permit means any license, franchise, permit or other authorization of any Governmental Authority.

  • Governmental Action means any authorization, application, approval, consent, exemption, filing, license, notice, registration, permit or other requirement of, to or with any Governmental Authority.

  • Environmental Licence means any Authorisation required at any time under Environmental Law.

  • Governmental Actions means any and all consents, approvals, permits, orders, authorizations, waivers, exceptions, variances, exemptions or licenses of, or registrations, declarations or filings with, any Governmental Authority required under any Governmental Rules.

  • Environmental Liens shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.5 hereof.

  • Governmental Permits has the meaning specified in Section 5.8.

  • Environmental Lien means a lien in favor of any Governmental Authority for (a) any liability under Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law, or (b) damages arising from, or costs incurred by such Governmental Authority in response to, a Release or threatened Release of a Contaminant into the environment.

  • Governmental Filings means all filings, including franchise and similar tax filings, and the payment of all fees, assessments, interests and penalties associated with such filings with all Governmental Authorities.

  • Governmental Rule means any law, rule, regulation, ordinance, order, code interpretation, judgment, decree, directive, guidelines, policy or similar form of decision of any Governmental Authority.

  • Governmental Lender means the City of Los Angeles, a municipal corporation and charter city of the State of California and any successor under this Funding Loan Agreement and the Funding Loan Documents.

  • Governmental Requirement means any law, statute, code, ordinance, order, determination, rule, regulation, judgment, decree, injunction, franchise, permit, certificate, license, rules of common law, authorization or other directive or requirement, whether now or hereinafter in effect, of any Governmental Authority.

  • Material Environmental Liabilities means Environmental Liabilities exceeding $500,000 in the aggregate.

  • Governmental Entity means any national, federal, state, municipal, local, territorial, foreign or other government or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, regulatory authority or instrumentality thereof, or any court, judicial, administrative or arbitral body or public or private tribunal.

  • Governmental Authorization means any permit, license, authorization, plan, directive, consent order or consent decree of or from any Governmental Authority.

  • Governmental Person means, whether domestic or foreign, any national, federal, state or local government, any political subdivision thereof, or any governmental, quasi-governmental, judicial, public or statutory instrumentality, authority, body or entity, including any central bank and any comparable authority.

  • Governmental unit means a governmental unit as defined in section 101(27) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Material Permit shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(n).

  • Environmental Permit means any permit, approval, identification number, license or other authorization required under any Environmental Law.

  • Governmental Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.

  • Governmental Approval is any consent, authorization, approval, order, license, franchise, permit, certificate, accreditation, registration, filing or notice, of, issued by, from or to, or other act by or in respect of, any Governmental Authority.

  • Company Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Environmental Laws means any and all Federal, state, local, and foreign statutes, laws, regulations, ordinances, rules, judgments, orders, decrees, permits, concessions, grants, franchises, licenses, agreements or governmental restrictions relating to pollution and the protection of the environment or the release of any materials into the environment, including those related to hazardous substances or wastes, air emissions and discharges to waste or public systems.

  • Material Permits shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(m).
