Government Proposal means any quotation, application, bid or other proposal made or submitted to a Governmental Authority by or on behalf of the Target Company, a Target Subsidiary, or the Business that, if accepted or awarded, would result in a Government Contract binding thereon.

Government Proposal means all bids or proposals in respect of the Group which, if accepted, would result in a Government Contract.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing the term shall mean and include: (a) “hazardous substances” as defined in CERCLA, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder; (b) “hazardous waste” and “regulated substances” as defined under RCRA, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder; (c) “hazardous materials” as defined in the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder; and (d) “chemical substances or mixture” as defined in the Toxic Substances Control Act, as amended, and regulations promulgated thereunder. “HSR Act” means that ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended.
