Government Office definition

Government Office means any office of the Federal Government that has possession or control of assassination records, including—
Government Office means (i) a full-time position in an elected or appointed office in local, state, or federal government (including equivalent positions outside the U.S. or in a supranational organization), not reasonably anticipated to be a full-career position, or (ii) conducting a bona fide full-time campaign for such an elective public office after formally filing for candidacy, where it is customary and reasonably necessary to campaign full-time for the office.“Line of Business” means a business unit of the Firm (or one or more business units designated below under the definitionLine of Business Financial Threshold” of the Corporate Investment Bank).
