Governing Contract definition

Governing Contract means an agreement between the Owner and a party into which this Addendum is incorporated, but excludes any Affiliated Contract(s).
Governing Contract means the agreement to which this Exhibit C is attached and in which it is incorporated, but excludes an Affiliated Contract.
