Genuine 3D Parts definition

Genuine 3D Parts are those parts, components, materials and consumables manufactured by Us or which We specifically authorize for use with the Equipment. Any replacement parts provided for the Equipment will be warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period. With respect to end customers, please note that Your warranty may have been triggered by Your authorized servicing reseller so You should always confirm Your warranty coverage by calling the 3D Systems Warranty Hotline noted below. In addition to the above-referenced exclusions, with respect to Our authorized servicing resellers, this warranty does not cover any labor charges during the warranty period. The cost of replacement parts, which may be new or refurbished, is included in this warranty. At the expiration of this warranty period, 3D Systems or an Authorized Servicing Reseller will make available to end customers a maintenance agreement in accordance with standard rates and specified terms set forth in 3D Systems Corporation Maintenance Agreement Terms and Conditions. THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED FOR THE EQUIPMENT. SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO SEPARATE WARRANTY UNDER AN APPLICABLE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU PURCHASED THE EQUIPMENT FROM ONE OF OUR AUTHORIZED SERVICING RESELLERS, THAT RESELLER MAY HAVE PROVIDED YOU WITH EXTENDED OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTY OR SERVICE PLANS. SUCH WARRANTY OR SERVICE PLANS ARE PROVIDED BY THE RESELLER ACTING ON ITS OWN BEHALF UNDER A SEPARATE AGREEMENT WITH YOU. 3D SYSTEMS IS NOT IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE TO YOU OR THE AUTHORIZED SERVICING RESELLER UNDER SUCH PLANS.

Examples of Genuine 3D Parts in a sentence

  • Liability under the warranty is limited to bringing the Equipment into compliance by repairing or replacing the defect using either new or refurbished Genuine 3D Parts.

  • You must continue to use Genuine 3D Parts to receive off-warranty service.

  • Warranty coverage may be declined if parts other than Genuine 3D Parts have been used or if the Equipment has been modified, maintained, or assembled by any party other than Us, Our direct subcontractors, or a reseller that We have authorized to service the Equipment.

  • Customer must continue to use Genuine 3D Parts to receive off-warranty service.

  • Warranty coverage may be declined if parts other than Genuine 3D Parts have been used or if the Equipment has been modified, maintained, disassembled or assembled by any party other than 3D Systems.

  • Facsimile (FAX) prescription means a written prescription or order that is transmitted by an electronic device over telephone lines that sends the exact image to the receiving pharmacy in hard copy form.

  • Permitted Section 5(d) Communication means the Section 5(d) Written Communication(s) and Marketing Materials listed on Schedule C attached hereto. All references in this Agreement to the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, any preliminary prospectus, the Base Prospectus and the Prospectus shall include the documents incorporated or deemed to be incorporated by reference therein.   • Identifying number means a symbol or address that identifies only one unit in a common interest community.

  • Web spray adhesive means any aerosol adhesive that is not a mist spray or special purpose spray adhesive.

  • Scan means the complete process of collecting x-ray transmission data for the production of a tomogram. Data can be collected simultaneously during a single scan for the production of one or more tomograms.

  • Nominal tomographic section thickness means the full width at half-maximum of the sensitivity profile taken at the center of the cross-sectional volume over which x-ray transmission data are collected.

  • Pre-consumer Material means any material or by-product generated after the manufacture of a product but before the product reaches the consumer, such as damaged or obsolete products. Pre-consumer Material does not include mill and manufacturing trim, scrap, or broken material that is generated at a manufacturing site and commonly reused on-site in the same or another manufacturing process.

  • Virtual Machine means a software container that can run its own operating system and execute applications like a physical machine.

  • Child-resistant packaging means packaging that is designed or constructed to be significantly difficult for children under five years of age to open or obtain a toxic or harmful amount of the substance in the container within a reasonable time and not difficult for normal adults to use properly, but does not mean packaging that all children under five years of age cannot open or obtain a toxic or harmful amount of the substance in the container within a reasonable time.

  • Split Specimen means a part of the oral fluid specimen in drug testing that is retained unopened for a confirmation test (if required) or in the event that the employee requests that it be tested following a verified positive test of the primary specimen or a verified Adulterated or Substituted Specimen test result.

  • Back siphonage means the backflow resulting from pressures lower than atmospheric pressure in the water installation;

  • Charcoal lighter material means any combustible material designed to be applied on, incorporated in, added to, or used with charcoal to enhance ignition. “Charcoal Lighter Material” does not include any of the following: (A) electrical starters and probes, (B) metallic cylinders using paper tinder, (C) natural gas, (D) propane, and (E) fat wood.

  • Flexographic printing means the application of words, designs, and pictures to a substrate by means of a roll printing technique in which the pattern to be applied is raised above the printing roll and the image carrier is made of rubber or other elastomeric materials.

  • Automobile Headliner Adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond together layers in motor vehicle headliners.

  • Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) means an identification scheme for universally identifying physical objects via RFID tags and other means. The standardized EPC data consists of an EPC (or EPC identifier) that uniquely identifies an individual object, as well as an optional filter value when judged to be necessary to enable effective and efficient reading of the EPC tags. In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data. The EPC Tag Data Standards will define the length and position of this data, without defining its content.

  • Stinger-steered automobile or watercraft transporter means an automobile or watercraft transporter

  • Counterfeit electronic part means an unlawful or unauthorized reproduction, substitution, or alteration that has been knowingly mismarked, misidentified, or otherwise misrepresented to be an authentic, unmodified electronic part from the original manufacturer, or a source with the express written authority of the original manufacturer or current design activity, including an authorized aftermarket manufacturer. Unlawful or unauthorized substitution includes used electronic parts represented as new, or the false identification of grade, serial number, lot number, date code, or performance characteristics.
